Nestled amidst the lush landscapes of Bali, Sanna Ubud Hotel is a true gem for those seeking tranquility and luxury. My recent stay at this exquisite hotel left me thoroughly impressed with its impeccable service and serene ambiance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and I was swiftly escorted to my room, where I was immediately struck by its elegant decor and breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's stunning infinity pool, where I spent countless hours basking in the sunshine and admiring the panoramic vistas of the Balinese countryside. The poolside service was exceptional, with attentive staff on hand to cater to my every need, whether it be a refreshing cocktail or a light snack. The culinary offerings at Sanna Ubud Hotel were equally impressive, with a diverse array of dishes to tantalize the taste buds. From traditional Balinese cuisine to international favorites, each meal was a culinary delight, impeccably prepared and beautifully presented. However, it's worth noting that while the hotel's emphasis on relaxation and disconnecting from the outside world is commendable, some guests may find the absence of televisions in the rooms to be a drawback. For those who enjoy unwinding with a movie or catching up on their favorite series, this may pose a slight inconvenience. Overall, my experience at Sanna Ubud Hotel was nothing short of magical. From its serene setting to its attentive service and exquisite amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting retreat to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway in Bali.

My husband and I stayed at Sanna Ubud for our postponed honeymoon. To put it simply, we couldn’t imagine having a better stay— the property and the staff were phenomenal! The facilities and meals provided are abundant- from breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea, happy hour, turn down service and a shuttle service going to Ubud centre every 2 hours. We absolutely loved the plunge pool with the forest backdrop and the outdoor stone bathtub. We had the floating breakfast and the romantic candle light dinner— both were supreme. We also joined in on one of the morning yoga classes, which was very refreshing. All the staff were so kind and welcoming, and some of their names we remember include: Wawan, Warsa, Leong, Rathi, Kadek, Mila and Meika. Thank you truly! Just a little note to travellers opting for this hotel: The lift was not functioning yet, during our stay. It was not a hindrance to us at all, but the steps may be difficult for some. Please do get an update on this. Also, as this property is nestled in the midst of the jungle, do expect little bugs to be around, as you “become one with nature”! :)

Just 1 month ago reopened after a huge and serious renovatiion. A resort with real Balinese luxury, hidden in an impressive amount of trees, flowers and green and impressive design of the common pool area and rolms. Huge trees, statues, fountains, own swimming pool: what a beautiful design! But above all me and my friends enjoyed the staff: well dressed, clean, very friendly without being pushy in any way, always there to help and pamper you, day and night. An efficient butler service that speaks and understands English well (a big 👏🏻 bravo here for Wawan that made our stay even better !) and Ari for the other room….in the restaurant area the new team has still to settle as not all girls understand what you ask or know how to serve properly. One waiter really stood up for professionalism and that was the boy, Dewa. That boy is fast, fluent în English and knows the job👍🏻. The massage service is maybe pricier than elsewhere but also a lot better in quality (all the different ladies we had were very good and i think had a good training before starting). We would definitely come back!

Sanna Ubud is the perfect getaway for disappearing into the jungle without actually having to drive hours into the jungle. The villas are huge and private, and the property is very quiet. Other than the rooftops of the other villas, our view was the valley and walls of the Ubud jungle. No sounds of traffic or city lights, totally quiet. There is no need to leave the resort if you just want to chill in your villa pool or patio. If you want interaction, the resort pool is quiet and the service is great. Once you enter the property, a calmness overtakes you, and everyone just relaxes. The welcome ceremony sets the mood for your stay. Take advantage of the special offerings the hotel provides; they are well worth the convenience and prices. The spa is amazing. The treatment rooms are private, yet set among the trees and rushing water of the jungle.

Had a good honeymoon stay with this newly opened resort. Apparently we are the first batch of customers 😉. Room is amazing with private pool, staffs are exceptionally friendly and treated us like King and Queen during our stay especially Sakun, he made sure we are taken care all the time. Spa was great, thanks Suppar, Wiyana and the other staff for the great service, 90 minutes body massage felt too short. Not many choices for breakfast but the food tasted so good that we didn't mind eating the same breakfast for 2 days. Try out their bubuh, prawn omelette and seafood soup. Bike rental is also available, we rented a scooter to ride to ubud art market.
